Terms of use
These terms apply when you use this website or commission a forecast pack, briefing, or related work from Controlmatrixhub.
Acceptance
By using https://controlmatrixhub.digital or by accepting a written quote, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of a shop or group, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The work
Controlmatrixhub prepares retail demand forecast packs, category maps, promotional lift reviews, replenishment briefs, and buyer briefings as described on this site. The deliverable is a set of charts and notes plus an agreed walkthrough. We do not place purchase orders, hold stock, or sell software access.
Quotes are informational until both sides accept a written scope. Starting prices on the rates page are not a standing offer for every category or store count.
Your files
Weekly unit sales and related operational notes remain yours. We use them only to prepare the agreed pack. We do not sell them. You warrant that you may share them and that they do not include unnecessary personal data about staff or customers.
Intellectual property
The visual pack we prepare is licensed to you for internal buying decisions, including sharing pages with a supplier in a meeting. You may not resell the pack or present it as another firm’s work. Our working methods, page templates, and this website remain ours.
Liability
A forecast is a reasoned picture of expected units, not a guarantee of what will sell. Weather, a late truck, a competitor’s opening, or a feast date can move the till after the walkthrough. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost margin, leftover stock, or missed sales.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where Georgian law does not allow that limit.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Content is provided for information about our work in Tbilisi.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
