The replenishment brief is for milk, water, rice, socks — families that should never wait for a seasonal meeting. We draw the next four to eight weeks using recent weekly units and any known closure (a public holiday, a street repair that cuts footfall, a shop refit).

If the warehouse already holds extra, that stock is written on the same line as the forecast so the standing order is not doubled. The brief is short on purpose. A clerk should be able to place the order the same afternoon.

We will not stretch this into a seasonal pack. Weather guesses beyond two weeks are labelled as guesses. A store with a broken till file for the last month needs that gap named, or the brief will copy a hole.
