A demand map is for the week you are arguing about facings, not for a full seasonal buy. We take one category — biscuits, knitwear, hair colour — and draw unit share by family, by store if you have more than one, and by weekday when the till tape shows a weekend bulge.

The pages show which SKU families can miss a delivery without anyone noticing, and which ones empty the bay by Thursday. We mark the families that only move when a promotion is on the gondola, so they are not treated as everyday demand in the next order.

You do not receive a full seasonal overlay or a markdown calendar. Those belong in the seasonal study. If the assortment is about to change, say so at intake; otherwise we will draw last year’s families as if they were still on the shelf.
