Forecast packs we prepare for buyers
Each pack is a finished set of charts and notes for a buying decision. Choose the horizon that matches the order you have to sign.
Work starts when weekly unit sales can be shared — a spreadsheet is enough. We ask for store count, category list, and the date the next purchase has to leave the office. The walkthrough is held at your buying table or at ours on Abashidze Street.
The seasonal study is the pack most offices commission first. The shorter reviews exist for a single promotion, a tight replenishment window, or a morning spent reading charts with the person who owns the category.
Seasonal Demand Forecast Study
Twelve to twenty-six weeks of expected unit demand by category and SKU family, drawn for the person who signs the next seasonal purchase.
Category Demand Map
A single-category picture of which families carry the volume and which ones only look busy on a Saturday.
Promotional Lift Review
After a price cut or a gift-with-purchase, a short chart set showing borrowed sales versus extra units.
Store Replenishment Brief
Four to eight weeks of expected units for the families that refill every week, with a note where the warehouse is already long.
Buyer Briefing
A half-day at the table with your buying team, using your own last season as the example pages.
