Privacy
This notice explains what we collect when you write to us or commission a pack, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Georgian data protection rules.
Data controller

What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, the kind of pack you asked about, optional season and store count, and the message you write. From email or telephone: the same kinds of details. From a commissioned engagement: business contact names and the operational files you send (weekly unit sales, promotion dates). We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site.
We do not want customer till identities, staff national IDs, or health information. Please strip those before you send a file.
Why we use it
We reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver packs, and keep a record of what was agreed. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small Tbilisi practice, and any consent you give for optional analytics cookies (see the cookie note).
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to eighteen months so we can recognise a follow-up about the same season. Engagement files are kept up to five years for accounting and for any later correction of a pack. You may ask us to delete earlier where the law allows.
Access, correction, deletion, objection
You may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, ask for deletion, or object to our use of it, subject to Georgian law and to records we must keep for tax. Write to hello@controlmatrixhub.digital. We respond within one month.
International transfers
Our email and hosting may store copies outside Georgia (for example in the European Union). Where that happens we rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards. Weekly sales files are not uploaded to public folders.
Recipients
We share personal data with the email and hosting firms that run this site, with our accountant where invoices require a contact name, and with authorities if the law requires it. We do not sell lists.
Children
The site is aimed at adult buyers and shop owners. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
