Seasonal Demand Forecast Study
Twelve to twenty-six weeks. Quote rises with store count, number of SKU families, and whether two full years of weekly units exist.
From GEL 4,800
Prices are quoted from the figures below. A seasonal study for many stores and SKU families costs more than a short replenishment brief. Nothing here is a checkout.

One category, one horizon. Extra stores add pages, not a second full study.
From GEL 2,200
One mechanic and date range. Two overlapping promotions in the same family are billed as one review if they share the same weeks.
From GEL 1,800
Standing-order families only. A second category in the same week is quoted separately.

Credited in full if you commission a seasonal study within three months.

Store count, the number of SKU families, the length of the horizon, and the state of the weekly files. A chain that can send two clean years costs less time than a shop whose till export stops every time the receipt roll jams. Rush work — a decision date inside ten days — is quoted only if a slot exists; we do not bump another buyer’s walkthrough to make room.
Travel inside Tbilisi is included. A walkthrough in Batumi or Kutaisi adds a day rate for the person who travels.
A seasonal study asks for forty percent on acceptance of the quote, the balance after the walkthrough when the final PDF is released. Shorter packs are billed in full on delivery. The refund page sets out what happens if a season is cancelled after files have been read.
We do not charge a monthly retainer unless you ask for a standing replenishment brief every four weeks; that arrangement is quoted as a simple repeat of the brief, not as a subscription card. Printing extra paper copies after the first set is billed at cost.
